So here we go. Did arms and no cardio for today. Whoops? But someones gotta go to class. And by that I mean for my gpa. "the fruit has sugar."so does my sugar intake that I usually have of smarties and starbursts count? So----I go for a fruit smoothie. Water based.

How do you know if you're diabetic? And....who has been to new orleans? I guess you say it "nawwwwlans.".
