So here we go. Did arms and no cardio for today. Whoops? But someones gotta go to class. And by that I mean for my gpa. Oatmeal with brown suga; Kendra (the super toned out of this world probably in her mid fourties but has the body of a victorias secret model) my trainer at clubhaus- told me I don't need the sugar. "the fruit has sugar."so does my sugar intake that I usually have of smarties and starbursts count? So----I go for a fruit smoothie. Water based.



- water based. actually not as bad as you would think.




And veggies. Sandwich. WITH TOMATOES. I know my mom is proud, now. No fruit after lunch. Woooooofffff.

How do you know if you're diabetic? And....who has been to new orleans? I guess you say it "nawwwwlans.".
